ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND:

- All sales are final! No returns or refunds will be given, unless: Item/s are not the same product, marked size, or specific style variant as original order.

- Item/s are damaged when received.

- Item/s have not been marked as delivered by carrier within 75 days.

RETURN / REFUND TERMS

Contact our customer service hello@belladilly.com within 3 days of carrier delivery confirmation date. 

- Items must be sent back within 7 days after receiving emailed confirmation from us approving the return. 

- Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

- All sales are final, no cancellations will be granted.

- The return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Tracking must be provided to us at the time of the return.

- The amount will be refunded to you as store credit.

- Refunds / exchanges will only be processed once the item/s have been received back to us and confirmed in original condition.
