Will you have new designs anytime soon?

Yes! New styles are added constantly! Stay up to date with our newest styles and collections by signing up for our newsletter! We share our newest collections, exclusive sales and discounts!

 

How long until I receive my order?

All orders ship during regular business hours Monday - Friday. All styles are made to order, which means that they are produced after you purchase in order to cut down on our environmental impact. 

 

How do I track my order?

After you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package here.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All orders from our shop are shipped free worldwide! We do not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your specific country might require. In the case of refused/returned packages, you will be charged a 20% restock fee. 

 

Uh Oh! My package tracking says delivered, but I don't have it?

If your tracking number has been updated by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately we have no control over the packages at that point. Please be sure to double check your address at the time of purchase to avoid this. If your package is assumed missing, please call the carrier directly and make a claim. 

 

The color of my item is slightly off from the picture, is this normal?

Yes, due to screen display and photo light settings there may be a slight difference in color. Just know that this is normal. However, we do work hard to photograph all items in the best light to show true colors. 

 

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

We only allow for one discount code to be used per order.
